Monkey Brew - Still Life

Cherry mead sour beer blend, bottled uncarbonated.

This collaboration with Marlobobo is a blend of spontaneously fermented cherry mead and a bourbon barrel-aged sour and funky imperial porter. The porter aged for about 2 years in barrels. After blending, we aged this for a year in steel tank before we deemed it ready.
