Baxbier - Ray of Sunshine

There are three reasons for this beer. One: We’ve been asked to to a witbier for years, so here it is! Two: We have never seen so much rain in spring before, so we needed to put some sunshine in a can for you people. Three: Two of our taproom stars are named ‘Sun’ in a different language, only makes sense to name our summer beer Ray of Sunshine in their honor! We wouldn’t be us if we didn’t add a little twist to it, so we infused the beer with lemongrass and orange peel for an extra refreshing kick.
